The holiday apartment occupies the first floor of the property and is reached via a magnificent staircase. It measures approximately 120 square meters and features a living room with a spacious balcony and stunning panoramic views, two bedrooms, a roomy, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The rooms are arranged around a large, square hallway.
The parquet floors are made of oak, and the walls and ceilings are painted with natural lime paint. All rooms are furnished to a high standard. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of four guests.
Bedroom
The double beds are from the manufacturer Müller Werkstätten and each features two high-quality pocket spring mattresses. Duvets and pillows are suitable for allergy sufferers.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with a Siemens oven/stove and dishwasher; the large freestanding refrigerator and small electrical appliances are from Smeg. Depending on your preference, you can use a French press, a fully automatic coffee machine, or a pour-over coffee maker.
Bathroom
The centerpiece of the bathroom is a large, fully glazed, walk-in shower. The window overlooking the rear garden lets in plenty of natural light, and the long wall unit offers ample storage space.
Living room
The cozy living room offers ample space for up to four people and has direct access to the beautiful balcony.

Free Wi-Fi and a Loewe satellite TV are available. In addition, there is an extensive DVD collection.
