Pricing
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Price is EUR 250 per night
- The final cleaning fee is EUR 100
- For stays of more than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning is included in the price.
- For bookings of more than 7 nights, the overnight rate is EUR 225.
Some rules
- The apartment is non-smoking.
- Unfortunately, the apartment cannot accommodate children under 10 years of age.
- The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
- Pets are not allowed.
Other information
- The apartment is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and departure is by 11:00 AM at the latest.
- We reserve the right to cancel booking confirmations from the online booking system within 24 hours.
- You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours after receiving the booking and up to 30 days before the arrival date.
- After that, we will charge you the full rental price unless the apartment can be rented to someone else.
